Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log In to the AVPMi Portal

1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.avpmiportal.com/apportal/login.php.
2. Enter your credentials and click the Login button.

Step 2: Search for Your Location

1. Once logged in, click on the Location Search option in the lateral menu bar. This is the second option from the top.
2. In the search bar, type the name or identifier of your location.
3. When your location appears on the screen, click the Detail button next to it.

Step 3: Access Device Management

1. On the detail page for the selected location, navigate to the lateral menu bar.
2. Below the Account Configuration section, click on Devices.
3. Click on the Add Device button to open the Add Device window.

Step 4: Fill in Device Information

1. In the Add Device window, fill in the form with the required device information.
2. Number of Devices: Enter the number of devices you want to create.
3. Device Type: Select the device type from the dropdown list.
4. After completing all fields, click the Add Device button to confirm.

Step 5: Assign Location to the Device

1. After adding the devices, the portal will redirect to the Devices Dashboard page.
2. Search for the created devices, click on Info next to the device, and then click on Assign Location.
3. In the pop-up window, search for your location, mark the checkbox on the left, and then click on Add Selected Location.

Step 6: Send Device Credentials to the Client

1. After assigning the location, make a note of the Registry ID or Registration Key and the Account Number.
2. Send an email to the client with these details, so they can log in and start using the devices.
