Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log In to the AVPMi Portal

1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.avpmiportal.com/apportal/login.php.
2. Enter your credentials and click the Login button.

Step 2: Search for Your Location

1. Once logged in, click on the Location Search option in the lateral menu bar. This is the second option from the top.
2. In the search bar, type the name or identifier of your location.
3. When your location appears on the screen, click the Detail button next to it.

Step 3: Access User Management

1. On the detail page for the selected location, navigate to the lateral menu bar.
2. Below the Account Configuration section, click on Users.
3. Click on the Add User button to open the Add User window.

Step 4: Fill in Your Information

1. In the Add User window, fill in the form with your information. Ensure all fields are filled out correctly.
2. Login ID: Enter your email address.
3. Default Password: Create a password using the following format: first letter of first name + lastname + 123.
   • Example: For Anakin Skywalker, the password would be askywalker123.
4. After completing all fields, click the Add User button to confirm.

Step 5: Assign Your Location

1. After adding your user account, the portal will redirect to the User Dashboard page.
2. Click on the Assign Location button.
3. In the search bar, find the appropriate location.
4. Click the Add button to link the location to your user account.

Step 6: Receive Your Credentials

1. You will receive an email with your Login ID (email address) and the default password.
2. Use these credentials to log in at https://www.avpmiportal.com/webportal/login.php.
