Swyft Valet comes with access to a variety of reporting tools that allow for full control of the operation, revenue control, performance indicators for personnel, live garage overview, employee shift control, and many more indicators.
The cashiers have the option to provide a detailed daily report at any time as a function of the Swyft Valet App. This function is also present in the All-in-One POS computer. Alongside with that, Swyft provides management with a live reporting Web Portal, which generates tailored reports based on criteria selected by the authorized user.
The Web Portal can be described as the management command center. It provides a live overview of the operation, which includes live charts of garage occupancy, operation board, revenue, employee performance and cars requested. Along with this live overview, the Swyft Web Portal has over 30 types of reports readily available to pull from dates at your selection. Management of Master Accounts, Special Events Accounts, Monthly Parker can be found on the portal as well.
Operation actions can also be performed and searched, such as chargebacks, void tickets, validations, ticket inventory and customer notification.
The Swyft Web Portal reflects the powerful management and reporting allowed by the robust Swyft Valet deployment of integrated hardware and software for the parking operation.
